Enter Payment of an Invoice

When a client pays, either partially or in full, the invoice amount, you can record this payment in a few quick steps!

  1. Go to Income from your navigation bar.
  2. Tap the Options icon on the right side of the invoice you want to enter the payment to. A dropdown menu will appear.
  3. Tap Enter payment. A pop up will appear.
  4. Enter the amount paid for partial payments or simply tap the Mark as paid Checkbox, if the client has paid in full.
  5. Tap Save.
